Laneige Cream Skin Refiner- Is This the Best Hydrating Toner?

Review for the Laneige cream skin refiner-The market is flooded with skincare products and the influencer’s influence takes this to the next level. An urge to buy things without having the need to. One such product is ‘toner’.

I always used to wonder why are toners important, what is the need to add an extra layer of the product and why should I spend my penny on it?

After adding toner to my skincare for three years now, I know how they make a difference. Today, I will be reviewing the LANEIGE CREAM SKIN REFINER in this post.

Being on the oilier side, I use plum green tea toner in summers but during winter, I crave something hydrating. After doing my research and the long-pending one to get my hands on, I finally purchased a Laneige cream refiner.

Many people like me get confused as to what the actual product is? Is it a toner or a lotion or an emulsion 😕? well, it’s a creamy toner. According to me, hydration in a bottle with a thin lotion-like consistency. Very much suitable for dry skin beauties all around the year and in winters for oily beauties.

let us find out what the official website of Laneige says about the product-

What skin types is it for?

Best suited for dry skin beauties as a toner all year round.

for oily skin- as a lotion in summers and as a toner in winters.

Consistency of the cream refiner-

It has a watery creamy consistency, as they describe on their website. Basically, it is a liquid cream (if that makes sense)!!

The fragrance of the Laneige cream skin refiner –

A mildest of mildest fragrance. Not too much to mess up with your skin. suitable for your sensitive skin too.

How to use the Laneige cream skin refiner?

Laneige cream skin refiner is basically a creamy toner that when applied gives a very dewy finish to the skin. The best way to apply any toner is to pat it on the face till it dries. After facing your wash, take a small amount of toner on your palm and pat it. Trust me you will glow ⚡.

My take on the Laneige cream skin refiner-

I have been eyeing this product for so long but didn’t find any details about what is it or how it works. But after reading customer reviews about it, I finally made up my mind.

Waiting for my plum green tea toner to finish (yes, I have a good habit of finishing my products first and then moving on to the next product), I purchased Laneige cream skin refiner.

After washing my face with Avene cleansing gel, I applied this cream refiner as a toner in my skincare routine. I was so surprised by it. the glow and hydration it gives are not expected of a toner. Fell in love with it and I knew that this refiner is going to be my holy grail during hotter months as a moisturizer for sure.

I don’t think, I would be needing a separate moisturizer in summers. well, I will definitely update you all about how it behaves without moisturizer on its own.

If I were to ask about repurchasing it, I am definitely going to buy it again and would highly recommend it to you guys as well to give it a try if your pockets allow you to.

P.S.- kindly invest in a travel size first.

My rating for the product- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hey Hey, thank you for stopping by. If you are reading this, I am super grateful and excited as well, as you took out your precious time to know about me because I usually don’t (which isn’t a good thing). Welcome to my portion of the internet! I am Ritu, the one who writes here for you. I have done many things as I am a learner with a variety of interests. One of such interests is makeup. I am a makeup artist, who is a skincare junkie too and writing is another skill that comes naturally to me. So I thought why not merge them together and help people to make the right decisions because not every hyped-up product is worth your money or specifically your precious skin. I started this blog with the intention of giving you a clearer idea of how the product behaves when applied. Whenever I want to buy anything, I research about it a lot… a lot!!! After reading/watching multiple blogs, I purchase the product. Not to miss the fact that it turns out to be not as good as it seemed, which made me think about the problem or disappointment one suffers by receiving a product that doesn’t match up to one’s expectations. So I want to help you guys in selecting products without jumping here and there. This takes a lot of time and by time, I mean days, which is not possible for everyone to invest in. I want to be the shoulder you can lean onto, at least when it comes to giving you honest and straight reviews. Here you will see loads of skincare and makeup reviews along with a few tips on makeup here and there. And who knows, you might get some more of me on this journey as we grow together. Also, please follow me on my socials by clicking here and don’t forget to subscribe to my website here, common it is free of cost for you and full of happiness for me. Till the time, stay happy, stay blessed and stay you! Yours truly Ritu
